Ross' Sound Portrait

For my self portrait i chose to remix some of the songs that have helped shape my life. By taking samples from songs and cutting out significant phrases and quotes I came up with a poem that reflected (more or less) my thoughts. I incorporated this remix with a projection in order to stress the graffiti aspect of my career as an artist, further tying the remix by adding graffiti style lettering for a visual. The important thing to note here is that the wall itself does not matter, and the message can be projected on anything (just like graffiti).
